Program Objectives:
The “Lead the Future” workshop is a dynamic 3-day program that refers to a leadership development program specifically designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to drive innovation and foster significant growth within their organizations, with a focus on future-oriented leadership trends expected in 2025.
Program empowers leaders with forward-thinking skills. Participants embark on a transformative journey to understand the essence of visionary leadership, harnessing tools like scenario planning and trend analysis. They cultivate a future-oriented mindset and explore strategies for guiding teams through change. Practical sessions on creating a personal vision and action planning equip them with the ability to implement future-oriented leadership in their roles.
Through interactive discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities, attendees gain the knowledge and confidence to lead with a visionary perspective, embracing change and shaping a brighter future. Upon successful completion of this program, the participants will understand how to become the best leaders they can be by self-evaluating current strengths, gaps, developing action plans for improvement, and participating in experiential learning activities to practice newly acquired skills. In accordance with the National Qualifications Framework United Arab Emirates QFE, the program will contribute to the following elements of learning.

Develop self-awareness regarding leadership style
Evaluate personal growth opportunities for “5th Level Leadership”
Evaluate one’s own personal communication style
Design an action plan to achieve health on five dimensions
Implement strategies for self-care

Create an action plan for development based on the personal assessment
Evaluate personal conflict resolution style

Demonstrate leadership competencies and attributes relevant to their position
Develop teams, relevant objectives, and monitor performance of the team in the workplace
