This workshop is a two-day journey dedicated to forging environmentally responsible leaders within the energy sector. Day one sets the foundation by exploring global sustainability trends, policies, and practical strategies. It culminates in the creation of a tailored green leadership roadmap for organization. On day two, the focus shifts to innovation, essential leadership competencies, and effective communication for sustainability. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to lead organization towards a greener, more sustainable future, fostering a culture of environmental stewardship and innovation. This workshop demonstrates a commitment to sustainable practices and responsible leadership.
