Training METHODOLOGY: The group workshop methodology is simple and fun! It’s developed based on games and challenges. We will translate pain-points and behavioral needs into creative well-designed games to excite all participating employees to interact with each other; to experience, create and win at work.
As a result their mindsets will change to embrace these behaviors and turn them into actions within their work environment. Such interactions will provide memorable and meaningful experiences, tools and controlled boundaries.
The group workshops will act as the perfect segway to the one-to-one counselling sessions. Each individual would have already interacted and engaged with the program’s lead facilitator/coach and other colleagues in a simulated and controlled environment.
The workshop will act as eye opener to help each individual understand their personal challenges and needs. This will excite them to attend and benefit from the counselling sessions. We will also use our Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method for facilitating and ideating. Here we combine visual, auditory, and kinetic learning styles into one uniquely creative and powerful approach. It teaches people—both introverts and extroverts—to think with their Hands and unlock innovative potential through 3D modeling of ideas, allowing for a greater flow of information on the topics of focus, Everyone bonds and actively
participate as they problem solve together, all while having fun in an environment that encourages free idea generation and thought sharing.
