Program Objectives:


The “Lead the Future” workshop is a dynamic 3-day program that refers to a leadership development program specifically designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to drive innovation and foster significant growth within their organizations, with a focus on future-oriented leadership trends expected in 2025.


Program empowers leaders with forward-thinking skills. Participants embark on a transformative journey to understand the essence of visionary leadership, harnessing tools like scenario planning and trend analysis. They cultivate a future-oriented mindset and explore strategies for guiding teams through change. Practical sessions on creating a personal vision and action planning equip them with the ability to implement future-oriented leadership in their roles.


Through interactive discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities, attendees gain the knowledge and confidence to lead with a visionary perspective, embracing change and shaping a brighter future. Upon successful completion of this program, the participants will understand how to become the best leaders they can be by self-evaluating current strengths, gaps, developing action plans for improvement, and participating in experiential learning activities to practice newly acquired skills.
